In contrast, we have advocated a “participating fine-granular cloud computing platform” that a large number of personal or small company level resource suppliers participates in, configures and provides cloud computing, as an ultimately evolved form of cloud computing environment. When large-scale resources are requested by users in environments where small amount of resources are provided by many suppliers, appropriate resources for a large-scale request should be selected.
