In the beginning of this paper, the calibration method of the common mode impedance modulus of the coupling/decoupling network is presented, and the calculation formula of electric length compensation method is deduced. On the basis of the formula, the sources of the uncertainty of the calibration result of the common mode impedance modulus of the coupling/decoupling network are analyzed, and the corresponding sensitivity coefficients are calculated.
