A accelerated life test is carried out to acquire the lifetime prediction of high-power LED streetlight and drive-power analysis. The test shows that reliability of high-power LED streetlight is much influenced by junction temperature of LED lamp and drive-power of the streetlight. Some suggestions on improving the design of streetlight will be given according to the research.
