It's forward channel acquisition circuit to get information of the grounding resistance by testing terminals and clamp mouth, using AD7942 chips to get real-time data of voltage and current; after data processing by DSP to get related parameters of grounding resistance, finally realizes the docking ground resistance measurements. Using direct digital frequency synthesis (DDFS) technology to automatic frequency selection, avoid interference frequency. 摘要

根据目前接地电阻测试系统的发展现状,设计了一种基于BF504芯片的新型多功能逆变式接地电阻计。前向通道采集电路通过测试端子和钳口获取接地电阻信息,采用AD7942芯片实时获取电压和电流数据;数据经过DSP处理后得到接地电阻的相关参数,最终实现对接接地电阻的测量。采用直接数字频率合成(DDFS)技术自动选频,避免干扰频率。测试结果表明,该仪器可靠、精度高、成本低、结构紧凑、重量轻。
