The goals of this study are: (1) Developing a Learning Cloud framework for learners by using mobile devices and desktop computers, which allows learners to study related activities anytime and anywhere, to prompt their knowledge sharing, and to keep in tough with social networks, and (2) Learning Cloud is a new learning platform, and its benefits to learners have not yet been identified.
