Fiber optic cable fault is the primary factor of communication interruption, and about two-thirds of the statistical faults are fiber optic cable faults. In order to ensure the uninterrupted communication and repair the faults of optical cable line in time, it is necessary to locate the faults accurately and repair the faulty optical cable quickly.
