摘要

针对轴承生产过程中存在的字符缺陷问题,设计了一套基于LabVIEW的轴承字符识别系统。该系统通过CCD摄像机采集轴承图像,图像采集卡将模拟信号转换为数字信号后送入计算机,程序通过轴承定位、字符分割、归一化等过程提取并识别出轴承的字符特征。实验结果表明,该方法可以代替人工检测,提高了轴承的生产率和合格率。
