The organic combination of the two systems can effectively improve the efficiency and safety of personnel and equipment management and control in the process of substation safety production. 摘要

利用人工智能与大数据的结合,为变电站智能安全管控提供更高效、更安全、更精准的优化方案。目前,变电站现场人工操作存在控制不及时、预警不切实际、人员工作强度大、人员技能水平参差不齐、检修计划和方案管理效率低下、现场安全监管困难等问题。人员和设备存在不同程度的安全隐患。针对上述问题,提出了人员操作安全和设备维护安全两种优化方案。一是智能安防系统,可实现变电站操作人员的授权管理、车辆通行的有序管理和现场作业的实时控制。二是实现维修工作计划智能管理和维修预览仿真的信息模型系统。两种系统的有机结合,可以有效提高变电站安全生产过程中人员和设备管控的效率和安全性。两种系统已在某220kV变电站应用,取得了显著效果。
