Koch) starch, chitosan, and glycerol as a plasticizer has been carried out by various additions of starch and reduction of chitosan. Initial assessment of talas beneng starch reveals: starch content - 20.51%, water content - 8.58%, fat content - 12.71%, and protein content - 3.51%. 摘要
以淀粉、壳聚糖、甘油为增塑剂,通过添加淀粉和壳聚糖的多种还原,制备了生物可降解塑料。初步测定其淀粉含量为:淀粉含量为20.51%,水分含量为8.58%,脂肪含量为12.71%,蛋白质含量为3.51%。生物降解塑料物理测试产生的厚度值为0.166 mm ~ 0.234 mm,趋于满足JIS Z-1707: 2019标准,密度值为1.674 g/cm3,最低吸水率为20.51%,均满足SNI 7188: 2016标准,并且生物降解测试中每周有质量下降的现象,持续28天。
