Balun is a passive device necessary for efficient power transfer from one building block of the transceiver to the other. In this paper an unbalance to balance power conversion is achieved using balun at 120 GHz. The designed balun has about 1 dB amplitude error for bandwidth from 85 GHz to 150 GHz whereas the phase error is observed +/-5°.
