摘要

我国非常重视教师专业人才的培养。教师教育课程是师范专业的核心课程,应促进学生完成从理论到实践的转变,从职前、在职到职后的转变。然而,目前在教师教育课程的教学中存在着教师配置、课程内容组织、教学实施等问题。本文构建了“二元性、三阶段、三转型”的教学模式,突出了教师教育课程的特点和人才培养的目标,注重提高学生的综合素质,提高教学质量。

Modification of Pre-service Teacher Education
