Consequently, its analysis is complex due to processing times. This paper presents a Web platform that can analyze and process sequences and comparative statistics with projections during the management of these certificates. During the development phase, interviews were conducted with users to gather the requirements by the Jalisco Avocado Growers and Exporters Association (APEAJAL), through a formal specification using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Programming languages for coding such as Android Studio, PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap and MySQL were used.
