摘要

本文提出了一种新的解决方案——流分布策略(Flow Distribution Strategy, FDS),将具有不同特征的各种业务流同时分布在多个网络上。FSD包括网络选择算法和访问控制算法。前者将模糊逻辑与多属性决策相结合,采用改进的TOPSIS (Order Preference by Similarity by Ideal Solution)方法。后者运用满意的概念,保证满意度较高的服务优先传递。仿真结果表明,FDS显著缩短了终端切换时间,有效提高了平均满意度和资源效率。
