In addition, through the simulation calculation of PSASP (the power system integrated program), a corresponding risk assessment tool has been set up to simulate and evaluate the risk of this ring-closing strategy towards boundary substation, which further reduce the risk during ring-closing operation. 摘要

在实际的110千伏变电站运行模式中,中国城市电网分段化的实施出现了“边界变电站”现象。随着城市电网分区的进一步深入,越来越多的边界变电站将对城市电网的供电质量产生不可忽视的影响。本文从电力系统的理论分析入手,提出了一种基于负荷转移的无断电合闸限流策略。此外,通过电力系统集成程序(PSASP)的仿真计算,建立了相应的风险评估工具,对该合闸策略对边界变电站的风险进行了仿真和评估,进一步降低了合闸运行时的风险。并通过风险评估工具在某城市电网规划中进行了验证。
