Target is required to be localized with a pre-specified accuracy metric, which is defined in two cases: to be the determinant and to be the Cramer-Rao Bound (CRB) of the Bayesian Fisher Information Matrix (B-FIM). The accuracy metric is derived for RSS-only and hybrid DoA/RSS measurements. The existence and uniqueness of the solution of the optimization problem are proved.
