This paper analyzes the practical application of computer artificial intelligence technology in numerical control technology, sensor technology, production and processing technology, intelligent robot and system integration. This paper takes electromechanical pneumatics as an example to design an artificial intelligence system. First of all, this paper attempts to use the radial basis function-based meshless method to carry out aerodynamic numerical simulation. Then a simple aerodynamic case is processed with Fluent; finally, a simple comparison is made with the results obtained by the mechatronics pneumatic meshless method. It is found that the radial basis function collocation method is a real mechatronics aerodynamic meshless method and the algorithm is simple. 摘要

分析了智能制造中机电一体化技术的基本内涵和优势。本文分析了计算机人工智能技术在数控技术、传感器技术、生产加工技术、智能机器人和系统集成等方面的实际应用。本文以机电气动为例,设计了一个人工智能系统。首先,本文尝试采用基于径向基函数的无网格方法进行气动数值模拟。然后用Fluent对一个简单的气动案例进行了处理;最后,与机电气动无网格法的计算结果进行了简单比较。结果表明,径向基函数配点法是一种真正意义上的机电一体化气动无网格配点法,算法简单。本文的研究成果有助于机电一体化系统中计算机人工智能技术的深入研究。
