Informant as a Buginese leader is taken out by purpossive sampling technique, and informant as an informal leader is taken out by snowball sampling technique. Primary data is obtained by observation and structured interview, and the secondary one is obtained by documentary record. The data validity is assessed by credibility, transferability, reliability and confirmability test.
