摘要

本文以实现收藏钱币分级盒信息系统采集自动化为目标,设计了一种基于视觉的分级盒目标采集机器人平台。针对分级盒图像的信息提取问题,提出了一种基于流域区域分割的字符识别算法,提高粘性字符的识别精度,并开发了信息采集机器人应用软件。实验和应用结果表明,该收藏币分级箱信息采集系统图像采集清晰,字符信息识别率达到1000%,实现了收藏币分级箱信息采集系统的高效、全自动化信息采集。
