Development of a Method for Calculating the Errors of Auto-balance Bridge Meters
Recently because of the increasing complexity and information saturation of production processes focusing on the automation of measurements. Current measurement methods are not effective enough. There is a large possibility to improve the accuracy of measurements by reducing the value of various destabilizing factors, eliminating the error of subjective evaluation of the measurement result by the operator, etc. The analysis has shown that currently one of the most common are devices for measuring electrical parameters, which are based on comparative transducers. It was found that the defining errors of these devices are a dynamic error, which forms a substitute signal and is caused by the inertia of the filter. This error greatly reduces the speed of comparator converters. In this work, developed a method for determining the parameters of measuring transducers, which provides an increase in their performance by an average of 15% due to the optimal choice of the value of the efficiency criterion and full compensation of the dynamic error.
