Financial literacy education, which focuses on cultivating such qualities, has become a hot topic in the field of Chinese higher education. At present, financial literacy education in China is in the initial stage, facing problems such as unsound curriculum system, old teaching content setting, monotonous teaching mode and teaching method. This paper takes the course of Consumer Loan as an example and adopts the ARCS concept to design a micro-course for financial literacy education, so as to provide a more suitable financial literacy education plan for university students.
