Elasticities of factor substitution for the Constant Elasticity Substitution (CES) production function is estimated in spatial econometric models with consideration of spatial dependence. CGE simulations adopting different elasticities of factor substitution show a difference between spatial econometric estimation and traditional OLS estimation.
