To solve this problem an electric stove was developed and later on experiment was done with it and finally analyzed to check its compatibility in real market. For this stove, solar photovoltaic (PV) energy will provide the electrical energy required for cooking. For the experimental purpose stove was developed by testing, analyzing and payback calculation. This paper discusses in details about each stairs. On-field tests and lab tests are also verified here.
