摘要
以钛酸铵水溶液为原料,在pH = 1, T = 100℃条件下,采用硝酸沉淀法制备了粒径为20 μm、结晶度较好的TiO2纳米孔微球。XRD分析证实了金红石结构类型(空间群P42/mnm, PDF 21-1276)的形成。SEM分析表明,纳米孔结构发育,孔径可达~ 20 ~ 30 nm。
