These controllers are meant to reject undesirable disruptions induced by the position of the laundry, which is usually in transition mode. The controllers utilized in this work are calibrated to the motor parameters using mathematical formulae. 摘要

本研究的目的是为使用通用电机的洗衣机提出一种精确的控制器。通过对洗衣机运行过程的考察,建立了洗衣机的数学模型。在不降低跟踪性能的前提下,设计了PID控制器和模糊控制器(FLC)。这些控制器的目的是拒绝由洗衣位置引起的不希望的中断,洗衣位置通常处于过渡模式。本工作中使用的控制器使用数学公式校准到电机参数。最后在MATLAB/Simulink中对两种控制器的仿真结果进行了比较。
