This strain produced a biosurfactant with a maximum emulsifying activity of 65% and a surface tension of 22.67 mN/m after 60 hours of cultivation under cultivation conditions. The yield of biosurfactant obtained by extraction with chloroform: methanol (2: 1, vol/vol) was 1.55 g/L. The stability of the biosurfactant was effective over a wide range of pH, temperature, and salinity. The high thermostability of the biosurfactant was determined using a thermal simultaneous. In addition, a preliminary chemical composition using FT-IR revealed that it is a glycolipid biosurfactant.
