The present study was conducted to determine the rate of stroke patient Participation and Autonomy in their private and social life in Rafsanjan in 2017 . Materials and Methods: This descriptive study included all Iranian stroke patients referring Ali Ibn Abi Talib Hospital in Rafsanjan in 2017, the total number of whom surmounted up to 100 subjects. A Persian version of Impact on Participation and Autonomy scale was used. Finally, collected data was analyzed using independent t-test and one way ANOVA. Results: The results of the present research showed 37 subjects (38.1%) in the dimension of social life turned out to be at the optimum level. The dimensions of participation with people with poor income, except for autonomy in out-of-home duties and lower educational level, were statistically more than the role played by social life, duration of illness and severity of illness )P< 0.05). Conclusion: The present research showed that more than half of patients suffering from stroke turned out to be quite functioning in private and social affairs, a point which turned out to be quite directly related to income and education level. 文章资料背景:患者参与其私人和社会事务在减少残疾和提高生活质量方面起着至关重要的作用。本研究旨在确定2017年拉夫桑詹市中风患者在私人和社会生活中的参与率和自主性。材料与方法:本描述性研究纳入2017年在拉夫桑詹Ali Ibn Abi Talib医院转诊的所有伊朗卒中患者,总人数超过100人。使用波斯语版本的参与和自治影响量表。最后,对收集到的数据进行独立t检验和单因素方差分析。结果:37名被试(38.1%)在社会生活维度上处于最佳水平。收入较低的人参与治疗的各维度中,除在家外工作的自主性和受教育程度较低外,社会生活、疾病持续时间和疾病严重程度在治疗中所起的作用在统计学上均大于前者(P< 0.05)。结论:目前的研究表明,超过一半的中风患者在私人和社会事务中表现良好,这一点与收入和教育水平有直接关系。在调查影响患者参与的重要因素时,强烈建议研究人员确定影响患者参与的因素,以便通过提供必要的培训、更好的保健和改善生活质量
