摘要

目的:探讨应对策略对精神分裂症谱系障碍患者生活质量的影响。方法:共有58例门诊患者参与本研究，其中男性40例，女性18例。采用随机抽样法收集数据。生活质量由Wilkinson等人(2000)使用精神分裂症患者生活质量自我报告(SQLS)进行测量。Carver等(1997)采用Brief COPE量表测量应对策略。结果:应对策略对生活质量的贡献为11.8%。讨论了该结果与改善精神分裂症患者生活质量的关系。
