In order to explore the coordination mechanism considering longitudinal and horizontal co-opetition relationship between online travel agency and hotels, two basic models for the longitudinal competition and cooperation relationship were first built. Then, by adding horizontal competition between hotels, we established the evolutionary game, and discussed the ESS in different situations. 摘要

本文基于在线旅游行业的现状,以住宿服务为例构建了本地旅游供应链,并详细描述了在线旅行社与酒店之间的合作竞争关系。为了探究在线旅行社与酒店之间考虑纵向和横向合作竞争关系的协调机制,首先构建了纵向竞争与合作关系的两个基本模型。然后,通过加入酒店间的横向竞争,建立演化博弈,讨论不同情况下的ESS。最后通过数值分析说明了模型的合理性和有效性,并根据分析结果对在线旅行社提出了建议。
