摘要

本文提出了一种采用TSMC 0.25 μm工艺,输入输出电压分别为12v和1v的混合信号非线性加权PID控制DC-DC变换器。最大输出功率3w。数字控制电路在启动时由LDO供电。输出电压1 V和2.5 V由串联降压变换器产生。第一降压级提供2.5 V输出,仅在启动后为数字电路供电。第二个降压级提供输出1v作为转换器的最终输出。非线性加权PID控制比传统的PID控制方法提高了80%的暂态响应时间。
