Indonesian Credit Insurance (ASKRINDO) Samarinda Branch to its employees on Veithzal Rivai's theory of career development. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method. From the results of the study it was found that: (1) The stages of employee career development at PT. Indonesian Credit Insurance (ASKRINDO) Samarinda Branch in accordance with the stages proposed by Veithzal Rivai, namely the initial phase, the continuation phase, the maintenance phase and the retirement phase. 摘要
本研究的目的是根据Veithzal Rivai的职业发展理论,确定PT. indonesia Credit Insurance (ASKRINDO) Samarinda分公司为其员工提供职业发展的适宜性。本研究方法采用描述性定性方法。从研究结果中发现:(1)PT. indonesia Credit Insurance (ASKRINDO) Samarinda Branch员工职业发展的阶段按照Veithzal Rivai提出的阶段,即初始阶段、延续阶段、维持阶段和退休阶段。(2)所有用于分析的员工数据显示,他们经历了4个阶段,即初始阶段、延续阶段、保留阶段和退休阶段。
