This impact has been transformed into numerous changes in the ways processes and services are carried out. The Educational Innovation track of the international conference \"Technological Ecosystems for Enhancing Multiculturality\", has not been alien to these changes. The activities carried out until this year in face-to-face form, have had to be carried out in online form. This new situation is also considered as an opportunity to carry out the processes and services by innovating and incorporating new features.
