The balancing of assembly line of an automotive industry that manufactures the air condition duct ASSY of a car is focused in this study. The Problem reported by management is an unequal allocation of job load across employees resulting in a high ideal time. The assembly line is optimized by using the Kilbridge and Wester Column approach.
