This type of research is experimental with the research design used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects in this study were students of class XI Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kader Bangsa Palembang, totaling 22 people who were all female students. From the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the hypothesis Ha can be accepted or tcount > ttable (30.53 > 1.721).
