摘要

为了提高视频监控系统视频信息的存储效率,本文提出了一种基于缓冲区和异常检测算法的视频存储机制。该算法采用异常检测机制,只存储异常视频,并采用缓冲机制完整存储异常视频信息。与现有算法相比,在保持视频信息完整性的同时,能有效节省视频存储空间,提高视频监控系统的视频存储效率。

A Video Storage Algorithm Based on Buffer and Anomaly Detection
