摘要

本文对两个温度观测值的方差进行加权,并与冰淇淋机浇注模型进行融合。方差较大的温度数据权重较小,方差较小的温度数据权重较大。这种数据融合方法可以获得比算术平均值更可靠的测量结果。采用可控硅顺序控制图的设计方法,编制了过热控制策略,并对R404a流量进行了智能PID控制。给出了主要数据点表、生产实时监控图和历史趋势曲线,大大提高了数据的真实性和准确性,达到了理想的控制效果。
