This study is intended to analyze whether the resulting product is not in accordance with the specified product quality standards and analyze what factors cause product defects. The study was conducted at PT. KLX for 30 days as many as 6000 pipes taken chatter, step, burs defect data using statistical processing control (SPC). The results of this study conclude that based on the P-Chart analysis that has been carried out at PT KLX, there are 3 types of defects that occur in threaded pipe products, namely chatter defects, step defects, and burs defects. 摘要

一个公司不能脱离消费者和它生产的产品。消费者当然希望他们购买的商品能够满足他们的需求和欲望,因此消费者希望产品具有良好和有保证的条件。因此,企业必须看到并保持生产的产品质量是有保证的,并为消费者所接受,能够在市场上竞争。本研究旨在分析最终产品是否不符合规定的产品质量标准,分析哪些因素导致产品缺陷。研究在PT.
