Unlike exercise videotapes or live TV broadcasts, this system allows users to independently select the type of exercise, and the guided program will create a virtual trainer that meets the user's settings. Based on the virtual reality technology of computer vision, it can recognize and interpret the motion posture in real time, so as to effectively evaluate the user's motion state and give appropriate feedback at the same time.
