摘要

光纤延迟模块主要应用于光控相控阵雷达系统中,在整个系统中起着核心作用。其中,光纤时延和光纤长度的测量精度是实现模块相位一致性的关键技术。分析了光纤延迟模块的相位误差来源和相位一致性控制方法。在此基础上,对光纤延迟模块进行了高精度相位测试技术和可靠性测试。结果表明,光纤融合锥度和光相移相结合可以显著提高相位精度。同时,测试前后光纤延迟模块各通道的相位一致性非常好。
