摘要

本文以量子磁悬浮装置为研究对象,提出了一种基于h -∞的鲁棒控制方法。将该方法的性能和鲁棒性与厂商设计的比例积分速度(PIV) +前馈(FF)控制进行了比较。对现有的PIV+FF控制器进行性能分析,构建所需的规格模板。设计了一种满足h∞性能的动态反馈控制器,采用Riccati方法对其进行了数值求解。仿真结果表明,所提控制对不确定性的鲁棒性优于现有控制,且具有足够的跟踪性能。
