Our objective is to achieve a significant cooling load reduction in a residential building located in a semi-arid climate, specifically in Benguerir city (Morocco). The optimization process was initiated by performing a multi- objective optimization using DesignBuilder software. Subsequently, a study of different improvement scenarios with the help of the same software was carried out.
