提出并证明了无积分器和有积分器的多输入多输出装置调节可实现的若干必要条件。引入了系统稳态输出的连接增益和独立度的概念。考虑了稳态和快速瞬态的部分解耦。后者基于一种原始方法,包括将植物的解耦矩阵传递函数(MTF)转换为其对角线上每一行相对程度最小的元素的形式。通过适当选择控制饱和,可以部分保留快速瞬态的解耦
