Epoxy AB glue is used to varnish the motor in whole at room temperature, and ensuring the mechanical strengthen of coil conductor in groove of iron core, and commutating poles is circumvoluted by mica tape that is pressed by a special fixture to ensure the insulation performance of the poles. 摘要

大型电机维修面临的主要问题是故障发现困难、维修材料技术性能参数未知、现场维修设备和工具无法保证维修技术的实施。针对某大型直流电动机短路接地故障的修复技术,介绍了用均压绕组接灯泡查找电枢绕组故障的方法。采用环氧AB胶在室温下对电机进行整体清漆,保证铁芯槽内线圈导体的机械强度,换向极用云母带绕制,云母带用专用夹具压紧,保证极的绝缘性能。通过对主极绕组施加10倍额定电压并测量各主极绕组的压降的试验,证明了修复方法的可行性,可用于大型直流电机的现场修复。
