Static tests were conducted at room temperature and elevated temperature. Fatigue tests were conducted at constant stress ratio R (=0.1) and constant frequency f(=50 Hz) at room temperature. The strength characteristics of the joints of Al 2 O 3 /Al 2 O 3 formed using Ticusil were similar to the strength characteristics of Al 2 O 3 .
