On the basis of establishing the actual working conditions of the paver, the hydraulic system components are selected, and the AMESim platform is used for the modeling and simulation of the two schemes. The simulation results show that the flow rate and the speed of the actuator are proportional to the valve port opening size. The required flow of the working loop does not have to do with the external load, but only with the area size of the multiplex valve opening. 摘要

根据国内铺路和履带式摊铺机结构的技术特点,分析了履带式摊铺机液压行走系统的工作原理,并参照国外设计方案对摊铺机行走液压系统进行了设计研究。在建立摊铺机实际工况的基础上,选择液压系统元件,并利用AMESim平台对两种方案进行建模仿真。仿真结果表明,执行机构的流量和速度与阀口开度大小成正比。工作回路所需的流量与外部负载无关,而只与多路阀开度的面积大小有关。在不同坡度条件下,马达口压力和马达流量均稳定在7.5 L/min,表明该系统可靠,可为摊铺机行走机构液压系统的创新设计提供参考。
