汉语人名的拉丁音译方案在蒙古语语料库开发、词法分析和命名实体识别等方面具有重要意义。针对目前汉语姓名标注存在的诸多问题，笔者结合汉语和蒙古语的特点，提出了汉语姓名的拉丁音译方案。
