The ideas on healthy way of life differs among students at the different stages of educating in different age. For students of the first course the main components of healthy way of life are physical, for graduating students interpersonal relations, for external students is harmonization of personality and self-perfection. The level of harmoniousness of way of students’ life of all groups is estimated as middle. A frustrate moment is disparity of force of interest in the certain spheres of activity and time (possibilities) for their realization. Force overloads by daily educational and domestic conservative processes is test to 62 % students from 46. Аbout the strong deficit of time and possibilities for employments there is large interest to that, to 77 % students declared from 56. These indexes show the stress-producing nature of way of life of students. 摘要

研究青少年健康生活方式形成的动因和机制,对健康心理学具有理论和实践意义。不同年龄段、不同教育阶段的学生对健康生活方式的认识存在差异。对于一年级学生来说,健康生活方式的主要组成部分是身体健康,对于应届生来说,人际关系健康,对于校外学生来说,健康生活方式的主要组成部分是人格和谐与自我完善。各群体学生生活方式的和谐程度估计为中等。一个令人沮丧的时刻是在某些活动领域的兴趣力量和实现它们的时间(可能性)的不一致。日常教育和家庭保守程序造成的压力使学生从46%增加到62%。Аbout强烈的时间赤字和就业机会有很大的兴趣,77%的学生宣布从56。这些指标反映了学生生活方式产生压力的本质。本研究的成果可为人格生活方式形成与矫正心理问题的进一步研究提供借鉴,也可为实践心理学领域提供借鉴。
