摘要

本文提出了一种基于低秩理论和补丁分组的鲁棒视频块伪影减少方法。为了提高矩阵补全问题的准确性和鲁棒性,我们将视频序列划分为低秩部分和稀疏部分。对稀疏部分应用Sigma滤波器进一步去噪。实验结果表明,该方法在减少阻塞伪影和隔离噪声方面效果明显,同时在矩阵恢复和补全过程中采用不精确拉格朗日乘子算法,无需预测奇异值分解和像素重叠,提高了实现效率。
