Methods: From June to October 2021, an online survey was conducted in two junior high schools in Jingzhou City. A total of 2888 students participated in the survey, with 2800 being valid responses (effective rate 97.0%). The survey tools used the COVID-19 attitude questionnaire, and the related factors were analyzed by a stepwise multiple linear regression method. Results: 31.4% of the participants showed public stigma towards COVID-19, with a larger portion of those being in lower grades (P<0.01), only children (P<0.05), and those not quarantined during the outbreak (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analyses showed higher levels of stress (P<0.01), lower levels of social support (P<0.05), younger age (P<0.01) and higher educational level of parents (P<0.05) during the pandemic correlated to stronger public stigma towards COVID-19. Conclusion: Participants' stigma of COVID-19 is widespread, and it is manifested in social isolation. The respondents’ level of stress and social support during the pandemic is shown to be linked to their degree of stigma. 摘要

目的:了解荆州市青少年新冠肺炎公共污名及相关因素与疫情防控的关系。方法:于2021年6 - 10月在荆州市两所初中进行在线调查。共有2888名学生参与调查,有效回复2800份,有效率97.0%。调查工具采用新冠肺炎态度问卷,采用逐步多元线性回归分析相关因素。结果:31.4%的参与者对新冠肺炎表现出公开污名,其中低年级学生(P<0.01)、独生子女(P<0.05)和疫情期间未隔离者(P<0.05)的比例较大。多元线性回归分析显示,疫情期间压力水平越高(P<0.01)、社会支持水平越低(P<0.05)、年龄越小(P<0.01)、父母受教育程度越高(P<0.05)与公众对COVID-19的耻辱感越强相关。结论:参与者对新冠肺炎病耻感普遍存在,表现为社会孤立。在大流行期间,答复者的压力和社会支持水平与他们的耻辱程度有关。减少这种公众对COVID-19的耻辱感的方法可能包括阻止错误信息的传播、提供心理支持和缓解负面情绪。关键词:COVID-19;青少年;学生;
