随着工业的发展,企业对数据的实时采集和分析提出了更高的要求。据此,设计了面向工业互联网应用的分布式工业大数据平台,能够有效支持工业现场大数据的采集和存储。系统包含分布式数据库、实时数据库和离线大数据平台,实现系统中所有数据的采集和存储。因此,提出了工业大数据平台架构和相关数据分层处理流程,能够有效满足智能工厂多源数据和实时处理的要求。所提出的数据平台技术架构对于实现智能制造和智能工厂具有重要的参考价值。
