摘要

为弥补四轴加工中CAM软件后处理的不足,研究了一种基于摆头倾斜平台四轴数控机床的后处理算法。该算法首先从刀位文件中读取曲面上每个刀位点的位置坐标和单位法向量;其次,通过坐标转换和摆动得到机床的实际位移,然后根据机床的定义生成数控代码;最后通过实际加工验证了该算法的正确性和实用性。
